so im supposed to take the skin and fatty parts ( if there are any) of the chicken for the lor mai kai we're making next week.
which i thankfully ADORE - the fat meat, AND lor mai kai ;D

in the sense that..

she got to see weird people get painted into pandas -
which is true :P this guy got his face painted.. and it was supposed to be this skull thing with black lips and black eyes, but ends up it looked like a panda :P

she sold nice pretty badges at $2 EACH! :D
for the AMBERS thing :D

she realised how different guys from RI / RJC are from
1. 'normal' guys - actually not much diff la :P except SOME of them giggle when you approach them to ask them to buy your pretty badges.
2. from hong kong guys - i shant say anything :P

and she got a pretty flower O.o
cuz i ran out of girls to ask to buy my badges, i RELUCTANTLY went to ask the guys. - PLEASE REMEMBER that this is a kinda SCHOOL thing.. and i've never really been in contact with school guys. since i was from a girls school ever since p1 to now. plus. hong kong guys are definitely different.
and then there was this group of guys who was super enthu when i approached them -
gloria: HI, would you like to buy a badge? :D
group of enthu guys: YEAH! THEY'RE $2 EACH RIGHT?
*proceeds to put $2 into gloria's box, and grab a badge.*
then one of them suddenly, randomly, places a rose into her box and mumbles "for you"

LIKE HUH????

i mean, if they were like the president of ORA or something - which according to ming hao, was giving out roses, FINE.
but i DONT EVEN KNOW HIM. >.<"
weirdo.
and now the pretty rose is sitting in a pretty vase on gloria's dining table :D

BANDUNG SOYA BEAN PEARLY
is good.

as in. its a bandung soya bean milk drink with pearls. from mr bean or something.
at first ming hao and I thought it was ice blended - which we both dont like.
so when lim min offered us the buy one get one free voucher, we were pretty reluctant.
finally ming hao decided that if she didnt like it she could give it to her maid or something.
so she bought it.

ends up it wasnt ice blended. so i bought ONE of the cups from her.
and its NICE :D

the pearls are really soft and bouncy and squishy too! (refrains from saying balls)
YAY :D

i shall snatch all further vouchers from lim min :D
