ZOMG I JUST READ ESTHER'S BLOG. is it just me or did she write 12,000+ WORDS FOR HER NOVELLA? ZOMG. AHHHHHHHH. I FEEL PATHETIC. (looks at my mere 4 chapters) AHH. [will now attempt to chiong my story]

erm. RGPS WAS FUN! (back to telling you about t.day)
BELLA IS SOO CUTE. she's heng hwee's friend. (fyi heng hwee is my ex-busmate and now a p6 in RGPS)
OMG. I SERIOUSLY WANTED TO PINCH HER! she's p6 and she looks like p3! sadly i didnt take any photos :O

all the teachers keep saying i grew thinner! :D (which is true)
haha. erm. pigged out and ate nostalgic food. ZOMG THEY INSTALLED A TV AND A PIANO IN THE CANTEEN! NOT FAIR.

OH. I SAW AMANDA AND JOEY! OMG OMG OMG!!! (my primary 1 /3 classmates!) AHHHHH. we did flying bomb hugs when we saw each other! HAHA. karmun is just too touchy (my rgs junior) EVERYONE hugs each other. BOO.

erm. saturday was blister inducing. O_O
went for ambers first. (i have pictures of huifei! YOU KNOW YOU WANT THEM.) OH SHOOT. i still owe xinyuan her mr evans pictures.

after that i went to meet my mom. she argued with my dad again.
and the old fear knocks again
so she wanted me to pei her shopping. which constitutes bringing her to the comex computer convention at suntec convention hall BECAUSE she didnt know how to get there.

urgh. we walked around from like 2+ to like 5 +. then we rested.
(OH! BEFORE WE WALKED AROUND SHE BOUGHT ME ICE CREAM :D)

WE ATE SAKAE SUSHI FOR DINNER! YES! (and i found out mookie likes sushi too!)
haahaaaa. i dont have much to say. for fear of treading on my parents privacy.

oh. and guess what results i got at the end of the blister inducing trip with my mom? a bag, a pencil case, a jacket, and lots and lots of blisters as well as an aching ankle. :O totally NOT worth it..

haiiz. I JUST CAME BACK FROM A WONDERFUL BELATED BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION WITH MOOKIE! :D

yay. haha. i have pictures of my present! wait. im going to upload it. its pink! but still! THANKS <3 (urgh. i cant! my phone cable has some connecting prob. i'll just post them up when im on another photo spree :D)

erm. I FELT SO BAD :O mookie arrived early! and i kept saying that i would go early but ended up i was only early by like what? half an hour earlier than our original meeting time.

ate mos burger! delia and grace! i FOUND SOMEONE WHO EATS THE VEGGIE BURGER :O
zomg. but still! haha. mookie offsetted the calorie counting thing with POPCORN later in the movie :P
we walked around and lamed around and explored many many shops and just dao-ed around and talked. haha. it was fun okay! we found more common areas. :D

OHOHOH! AND I TOOK ANOTHER RETARDED CORNY PHOTO OF MOOKIE! HA. i feel so proud of myself. :D

chapter 4 will be up soon! :D  hope i can put it up TOGETHER with chapter 5 :D

A touching love story incorporated behind the most amazing CGI graphics, Wall - E sends out a message almost as strong as "An Inconvenient Truth" to many of the viewers,  yet it's cartoon graphics make the message palatable to many, especially the children who watch it.

The message is not direct, like "SAVE THE EARTH" and it plays more on the sympathy we have for Wall - E and his never ending job of cleaning up behind us.

With few and almost no words exchanged between the main characters, Wall - E manages to portray a plot with much depth. Using common emotions and often almost human actions, it makes it easier to understand and perhaps easier to empathise with.

Admittedly, the story is rather long drawn with no direct path to the plot. Yet this is perhaps a move on Disney's part to bring more background to the movie to make the message more obvious and impending as well as to bring more life to Wall - E's character.

Yet the careful attention to details like the reflection of sunlight on the "eye" of the audience, even down to the dust in the movie redeems the plot by far. Wall - E is another example of the quality PIXAR churns out without being too direct. A good film that is worth your money to watch in the cinema.
